A: It has excellent low-temperature insulation performance, with a thermal conductivity of only 0.039W/(m·K). It can effectively reduce external temperature transfer of refrigeration pipelines, and the surface temperature of the insulation layer is higher than the dew point temperature, thus preventing pipeline surface condensation effectively.
Q: Can the product be used for high-temperature steam pipelines and what is the maximum applicable temperature for steam pipelines?
A: Nbr pvc pipe insulation is suitable for pipelines with a maximum operating temperature of 110℃, and is not suitable for high-temperature steam pipelines above 150℃. For steam pipelines above 150℃, we recommend using high-temperature insulation materials such as ceramic fiber.
