Description
NBR PVC insulation board is a closed-cell insulation material made from nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as primary raw materials, supplemented with various auxiliary materials, through mixing, extrusion, and composite foaming techniques.
The NBR PVC insulation board is produced using a fully automated production line and imported equipment. Thicknesses up to 30mm are available and are readily available.
Product Features
1. This material boasts a thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/m·K and B1-class flame retardancy with an oxygen index of 56%. Its closed-cell structure provides water and moisture resistance.
2. The NBR PVC insulation board's physical properties include shock resistance, flexibility, sound insulation, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and fluorine-free, environmentally friendly, and non-toxic properties. It is suitable for insulating pipes and containers in central air conditioning systems, construction projects, metallurgy, and chemical engineering.
3. The NBR PVC insulation board contains a variety of anti-aging, UV, and ozone resistance properties, extreme temperature resistance, and flame retardancy. It also offers excellent shock absorption and sound absorption, is flame-retardant, self-extinguishing, and flame-resistant properties. This provides excellent weather resistance and a long service life, allowing it to withstand harsh environments such as extreme cold, heat, dryness, and humidity.
4. The NBR PVC insulation board possesses the strength to stretch and bend, withstand tearing and rough force transmission, and is heat-resistant (-40°C to +200°C). Made from 100% high-grade NBR, it remains undamaged even under extreme conditions.
