1. Sound Absorption Performance
Glass wool acoustic panel has a porosity of over 95%. For panels with a thickness of 20mm, the sound absorption coefficient reaches 0.8 or higher within the frequency range of 125–4000Hz. To enhance low-frequency sound absorption effectiveness, a perforated panel structure is required.
2. Thermal Insulation Performance
The air layer between the material's fibers forms an effective thermal resistance, enabling excellent thermal insulation. The safe operating temperature range of the panels is from -120°C to 500°C. For composite aluminum foil products, their fire-resistant performance can withstand temperatures up to 500°C.
3. Weather Resistance Performance
The material retains its thermal insulation performance even after being immersed in water. Additionally, it shows no significant corrosion when used in acidic or alkaline environments with a pH value ranging from 2 to 12, ensuring stable performance in diverse environmental conditions.
