Glass wool insulation board is an artificial inorganic material made of natural minerals such as quartz sand and limestone, combined with chemical raw materials such as soda ash, and then formed into a flocculent fiber structure through centrifugal technology after high-temperature melting.

Glass wool insulation board's porous structure gives it excellent thermal insulation performance (thermal conductivity coefficient at room temperature 0.035-0.042 W/m·K) and sound absorption function, and its fire resistance temperature can reach up to 500℃.

Glass wool board is widely used in the fields of building wall insulation, industrial pipeline insulation and vehicle noise reduction. The product specifications cover customized needs with thickness of 25-150mm and width of 1200mm.

① Wall/Roof Insulation: Filling material for light steel buildings (with aluminum foil for moisture resistance), suitable for industrial factories, breeding greenhouses.

② Acoustic Treatment: Theaters use 50mm glass wool boards + 100mm cavities; KTVs combine it with gypsum boards to enhance sound insulation.

① Pipe Insulation: Double-layer staggered wrapping for steam pipes (≥89mm diameter), with outer metal protective shell.

② High-Temperature Protection: ≥48kg/m³ glass wool for petrochemical equipment; ≤3% annual heat loss rate at 400℃.

① Rail Transportation: 20mm glass wool felt + rubber pads on vehicle floors (reduces vibration/noise).
