Description
Ceramic fiber board sheets is made from carefully selected high-quality coke stones melted in an electric furnace at temperatures exceeding 2000°C, mechanically blown into fibers, and evenly coated with a special binder, oil repellent, and water repellent, followed by heat curing.
Ceramic fiber board sheets adopts a multi-layer composite structure: the bonding layer uses inorganic gelling materials to fix the base material, the insulation layer is mainly composed of charcoal fiber and organic adhesives to reduce heat conduction, and the finishing layer uses functional coatings to improve flame retardancy and decorative properties.
